What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, whether you've already dismissed a consent banner, or how you arrived at the page.

Cookies don't identify you personally. They identify your browser session, which may or may not be linked to you depending on how they're used.

Cookie Types We Use

Essential Cookies — always active

These are required for basic site functionality. They include cookies that remember your consent decision so the banner doesn't appear on every page. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies — optional

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people spend, and how they arrived. This data is aggregated and anonymised. It helps us improve content and structure.

Marketing Cookies — optional

These cookies support advertising tracking. We currently run limited advertising. If marketing trackers are enabled, they may log page visits for ad attribution purposes.

Preference Cookies — optional

These cookies remember your settings between visits, such as language or display preferences. They improve the consistency of your experience on return visits.

Third-Party Cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies. Google may process data under its own privacy policy. We do not use social media tracking pixels by default. If marketing cookies are enabled, third-party advertising attribution services may also set cookies.
