Things people ask before getting started

Do I need to already be using any AI tools?

No. Most clients come to us before they've introduced any AI software. The Data Tidy-Up and Team Session in particular are useful regardless of where you are — they prepare the ground rather than assuming it's already prepared.

What file formats do you work with for Data Tidy-Up?

Spreadsheets (.xlsx, .csv, Google Sheets exports), basic database exports, and plain text lists. If you're unsure whether your format qualifies, send us a short description and we'll let you know before you book.

How does the Quotation Drafting Helper connect to our accounting software?

In most cases we work from a spreadsheet or CSV export that your accounting file already produces. We don't need direct access to the accounting system itself, which keeps things simpler and avoids unnecessary credential sharing.

Can the Team Session be split across two shorter meetings?

The session is designed as a single three-hour block because the content builds on itself. If attendance constraints make that difficult, contact us and we can discuss what's practical for your team.

What happens to our files after the work is done?

Files you share with us are used only for the service you've engaged. We don't retain copies after delivery. If we've flagged sensitive rows during Data Tidy-Up, those are returned to you separately and not processed further.

What's the typical timeline from first contact to delivery?

Data Tidy-Up: 4–6 working days after file handover. Quotation Drafting Helper: roughly one week from receiving your sample quotes. Team Session: scheduled at a time that suits your team, usually within two to three weeks of enquiry.
